Adam No Appear on Ellen - January 26th

It's a huge day today! It's Ellen's Birthday Bash and her favorite people are here to celebrate! It's going to be a day full of surprises -- for Ellen, for her audience, and for you! Starting the party will be one of her favorite "Idol" alums, the one and only ADAM LAMBERT. Ellen loves him, and he'll give a special birthday performance for her. Then, Ellen's good friend, the very funny HARRY CONNICK JR. will keep the fun going with some laughs and a game (hopefully he'll do better than last time he was here). Also, here to celebrate is the hilarious WILL ARNETT. His wife, Amy Poehler, was here last year for Ellen's birthday and brought a 250-foot roll of bubble wrap! Who knows what Will's bringing today?! And to keep everyone dancing, five dancers from "This Is It" will be here, and they're bringing a special birthday present! We've got even more birthday surprises planned, but you'll have to watch to find out!

Adam Lambert: Do Something That Will Change A Life

"The people of Haiti need your help," Lambert says. "The images are heartbreaking, the loss of life devastating, but tonight you can help the people of Haiti. Give whatever you can. Your contributions can help end the unimaginable suffering. Do something that will change a life, do something that will make a difference. Don't just let the images on television fade to black."

How you can help: Financial donations can be made atwww.redcross.org, 1-800-REDCROSS or 1-800-257-7575 (Spanish) or mail your donation to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 37243, Washington, D.C. 20013 or to your local American Red Cross chapter. The public can also help by texting "Haiti" to 90999 to send a $10 donation to the Red Cross, through an effort backed by the U.S. State Department. Funds will go to support American Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is also helping to reconnect separated families within the country. They have established a special Web site, enabling persons in Haiti and abroad to search for and register the names of relatives missing since the earthquake: www.icrc.org/familylinks.

Hollywood is rallying to help Haiti in its time of need. With hundreds of thousands feared dead, George Clooney will host a telethon this Friday that will be broadcast by MTV, with Stingreportedly signed on. George's pals Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have pledged $1 million in humanitarian relief, in addition to a number of other celebrities who have offered their time and money. The Red Cross has also opened its warehouse in Panama to provide tarps, mosquito nets and cooking sets for thousands of families. They say that clothes are not helpful right now because there is nowhere to store them, no one to sort them, and it would be difficult to transport the items to Haiti.

On partnering with ET, Julie Whitmer, Director Celebrity and Entertainment Outreach for the American Red Cross National Headquarters says, "Entertainment Tonight has been a tremendous partner in mobilizing the entertainment community following major domestic and international disasters. Those with a public voice have the power to use it to help others and we are deeply appreciative of their generosity."
Watch tonight's ET for more with Adam Lambert.
